How long will The Founder’s Journey – An Entrepreneurial Process course be available?

How long is the course?
The course consists of eight (8) unique modules which must be completed in order. The course is designed so that participants can learn at their own pace, meaning the course can take as little or as long as you need to absorb the content and pass the end-of-module quizzes. The average time commitment for each module is 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

Can I communicate directly with the Ivey Business School Professors?
The Ivey Business School professors who teach this course do so via pre-recorded video seminars. Unfortunately, it is not possible to communicate with the professors directly about the course content.
Do I need to complete the modules in order?
No, the modules can be completed in any order but you must complete all modules to receive the attestation.
Who can take this course?
This course is open and available to all Canadians. There is no age restriction on the course content, and the content covered is designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs.
Can I list the Certificate of Completion from The Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship on my resume?
Yes. You will receive a Certificate of Completion that you are welcome to share on your resume. It is not, however, an official Certificate, Diploma or Degree and does not count towards any official Western University or Ivey Business School course credits.
How do I add my The Founder’s Journey – An Entrepreneurial Process Certificate of Completion to my LinkedIn Profile?
The Credential ID and URL fields are not necessary for adding the course to your LinkedIn profile. Simply type in Western University Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship The Founder’s Journey – An Entrepreneurial Process in the Issuing Organization field, click “This Credential Does Not Expire”, and that’s all there is!
What score do I need to pass the course?
All participants must obtain at least 80% on each module in order to progress to the next module.
If I don’t meet the required score of 80%, can I take the quiz again?
Yes, if you don’t obtain 80%, you can take the quiz again.

Do I need a broadband or high-speed connection to follow the course?
A high speed internet connection is highly recommended, especially for viewing the videos.
What internet browsers supports The Founder’s Journey – An Entrepreneurial Process course?
In order for your internet browser to run the course, Javascript and cookies will both need to be set to “enabled” in your computer settings. If those pre-requisites are met than any of the following browsers support the course:
• Google Chrome: version 74+
• Safari: version 12+
• Microsoft Edge: version 44+
Can I complete the modules using my mobile device?
Yes, you can complete this course on your computer, tablet or mobile device.
Can I re-use the material from the course?
You can view the material as many times as you like during the course session, but you will not be able to download the course materials or access them once your course session has ended.
